Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
A brief description of the problem (picture of the full piece and picture of the damaged area)
Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair. For items purchased within the last three months, repairs are free of charge. For purchases over three months, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
