Return + Refund Policies

Kiss the World is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Full-priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  Kiss the World and/or its partners are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, full-priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please use our contact page for any inquiries regarding returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy

Each Kiss the World creation is hand-made when ordered.  Please allow between up to 14 business days plus shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive.  Due to COVID-19, there may be further delays.

Exchange Policy

We don't offer direct exchanges through the site.  If you'd like to exchange a product, we will refund you the cost and you will have to place a new order online through our website.
